Coaching is delivered by rupe Directors and Principles and is tailored for the specific needs of the client.
Typically coaching is provided for an individual or a small team and the aim is to rapidly upskill individuals and provide them with the appropriate starter kit collateral that they need in order to be most effective in their work.
Coaching engagements normally commence with a short discovery phase consisting of a skills audit and a gap analysis of tools and processes. Thereafter the aims of the coaching are agreed and coaching sessions are planned. Sessions are often a mix of tailored training, homework, customising starter kit elements and working through identified business problems as a team with guidance from the coach.
As coaching includes training and starter kit collateral that we would otherwise charge for, and because it is delivered by highly experienced staff, it is a high value offering that priced accordingly.
